Bahareh Banisadr is an operator-turned-commentator working at the intersection of retail, enterprise tech, and AI. She started in luxury retail — a buyer for 52 Macy's stores across Florida and Puerto Rico, then the #1-ranked seller at Prada and Gucci in New York — before earning her MBA at Babson College, the #1 school for entrepreneurship. In 2026 she added an executive education certificate in AI from MIT Sloan.
She broke into tech as an enterprise account executive and rose to Senior Client Partner at a Salesforce and Oracle consulting firm, where her account was the largest contract in company history — roughly 40% of the firm's revenue. Along the way she helped scale an Uber-partner business in New York to an exit, and in 2022 founded Be Bahar, a DTC fabric-care brand that earned a registered U.S. trademark and patent.
During the Woman Life Freedom movement she appeared on MSNBC and The Armstrong Williams Show. Now, she co-hosts With All Due Respect: opinionated tech and AI commentary from two women who've actually operated at scale.
